These terms apply to your use of the Ivory & Cotswold Co. website (the "Site") and any enquiry you submit. By using the Site or submitting a form you agree to these terms.

An enquiry is not a contract. We will respond with a quote and confirm any booking in writing. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm a date and price by email.

Please give at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be charged at up to 50% of the booked value to cover allocated time.

We carry public liability insurance. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Our liability for any other loss is limited to the price paid for the relevant service.

If you are a consumer in the UK, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 that are not affected by these terms.

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
