The idea for Ivory & Cotswold Co. came from a combination of personal experience, family values and a desire to raise the standard of cleaning services available across Gloucestershire.

As a mother, I understand how busy life can be. Between work, family commitments and the demands of everyday life, finding time to maintain a spotless home isn't always easy. I also know how important it is to have a clean, comfortable space to come home to — a place where you can relax, recharge and spend quality time with the people who matter most.

When looking for cleaning services myself, I often found the same frustrations appearing time and time again: poor communication, unreliable service and inconsistent standards. Clients were being promised professionalism but receiving an experience that fell far short of expectations.

I saw a gap in the market for a cleaning company that genuinely prioritised communication, reliability, integrity and attention to detail.

What started as a vision to create more flexibility around raising my children quickly grew into something much bigger — a family-run business built on trust, professionalism and exceptional customer care.

Today, while the business began with just me, it has grown to include family members who share the same values and commitment to excellence. Together, we're building more than a cleaning company; we're building a trusted local brand that homeowners, landlords and Airbnb hosts can rely on for years to come.
